The Woodlake Medical site now uses Box.com for HIPAA compliant secure user authentication and document storage.
Both existing and new users will need to sign up for an account in order to use Woodlake Medical. You will need a Box.com account to register. Box.com accounts must not be shared. Each individual must have their own account.
- You will first need to create a free Box.com account. Create a Box.com Account
- Once created, you come back to this page and create a Woodlake Website account. Create a Woodlake Medical Account
- Once you have created the Woodlake Website account, we will approve your user and you will receive an email indicating you are all set.
- Then you can log in and have access to website. Log In To Woodlake Medical
Logging In With Box.com
When you log in to https://woodlakemedical.com, or try to access a secured page you will be sent to https://box.com and will be asked to log in there.
After logging in with your Box.com credentials, you will be asked to grant WoodlakeMedical.com access to your Box.com files.
After clicking Grant access to Box you will be returned to this website.
