Preferred Doctor Criteria

You'll notice that you can filter the IL, WI and MO doctor lists by Preferred and Request Only doctors. Preferred doctors schedule more quickly, write complete, definitive reports and turn those reports around quickly. Woodlake would assign any of the preferred doctors to your case if you ask for a specialty or geographic area. Woodlake maintains the Request Only doctors because a number of clients want access to those doctors. A Request Only doctor will be scheduled only if you ask for that particular doctor. Specifically, Preferred doctors meet the following criteria:

They give Woodlake pre-arranged standing block appointment times and/or can schedule an IME within 2-3 weeks, if not less.
It is highly unlikely that you will need clarification of their opinions. Their reports are thorough, clear and definitive.
Woodlake sends their reports to you within 3-7 business days.
