This is big complicated case and need to have as much info as possible.  Thanks for all of your attention to this.  You ladies are the best!  Now, that I’ve said that, please let us know who we should be sharing this info with.  So often I send a little note saying how much I appreciate all the work your staff does, but I really should let the manager know.
